In order to process your request as efficiently as possible, please detail your problem in the comments block, including the following information depending on your situation:

  • Order not received: the date the order was expected.
  • Products damaged upon delivery: illustrative photos of the damage observed.
  • Incorrectly delivered products: products received in error as well as missing products.
  • Missing products: the references concerned.
  • Incorrect quantities: product references affected by a delivered quantity different (higher or lower) from that ordered.
  • Delivery specifications not met: anomalies noted.
  • Other: Any relevant information.

Please provide as much information as possible so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

The general conditions for accepting return requests are: 
- The merchandise was delivered less than 30 calendar days ago. 
- The merchandise shows no signs of use. 
- The merchandise must be in its original packaging. 
- The merchandise must be standard (it must not have been specially ordered for the project). 
Acceptance of the return will be communicated by return email within 5 business days. The return will be credited within 10 business days after physical receipt of the merchandise and validation of its conformity.

Please provide as much information as possible so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Please take photos of the installation, the affected hardware, the serial number, and the error message. 
Do not disassemble the device until you have received the manufacturer's instructions for after-sales service. 
Do not discard any parts until you have received confirmation that they are suitable for disposal.
